Do you ship internationally?

    What is the return policy for international orders?

      We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as you received it with packaging and you will need your receipt or proof of purchase. For more details, see our shipping & returns page.

      Orders

      Can I cancel or edit my order once it's been placed?

        We start working on your order as soon as it's placed to get it to you quickly so unfortunately we cannot cancel or edit orders. The best thing to do in this case is to return items after you receive them.

        Where is my order?

          We will provide you with updates on your order as soon as they're available!

          How do I return my order?

            To start a return, you can contact us at info@malamaco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

            Do you do exchanges?

            No. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

              Help! The item I received was damaged/faulty.

              We're so sorry if there are any issues with your order! Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of the delivery date if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
